I agree with the quote above as communication is a process of exchanging information. Effective communication is important in building relationships, creating understanding and developing trust. Without proper communication, people are not able to get information accurately which can or will lead to adverse effects.
Students are to be skilled with said skill to avoid misunderstandings and alterations of messages in school or workplace. Therefore, communication skills are very important so that everyone understands what is to convey and what was conveyed.
